Returns and Refunds

Meco Interiors handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. We do not accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ items. Returns and refunds are only offered in the circumstance that your item is faulty or not as described.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Meco Interiors.
